Wasatch Micro Cap Value Fund to Re-Open to New Investors


Salt Lake City (February 24, 2012) -  Wasatch Advisors today announced the reopening of the Wasatch Micro Cap Value Fund (WAMVX) to new investors through Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, and other intermediaries, as well as Financial Advisors and Retirement Plans. The Fund had been closed to new investors through intermediaries since May 26, 2010.

Brian Bythrow, Portfolio Manager of the Micro Cap Value Fund since its inception, said, “We are seeing interesting opportunities and feel we have a good amount of capacity left in the fund.  We believe this is a nice entry point for new shareholders.”
